What's Included?
• Our A1 Sign measures 594x841mm and is laser cut from 3mm White Acrylic. This produces a more luxurious look compared to other competitors using cheap PVC boards.
• Each letters are cut from Vynil and is applied on your sign by hand compared to other competitors using printers.
• Your signs are handcrafted and we take meticulous care when making your sign. To us, for your Birthday event it is worth it!
• We accept custom designs from you. Rest assured, this customisation comes at no extra cost. Kindly upload your design in the designated field above.
Timeframe and Delivery
• Current production time is listed on the top banner of our website.
• Your order will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and dispatched.
• Please note: For sale is sign only, flowers and stand are not included. However you can hire our stand and flowers set up if you are located in Sydney. Contact us at info@jkdstudio.com.au for more info.

FAQs
Mounting Your Sign
• For house signs, we will include sturdy double-sided tape (suitable for both indoor and outdoor use). Make sure the mounting surface is both clean and dry to ensure optimal adhesion. It's important to note that although we do not manufacture these adhesives therefore we cannot guarantee their effectiveness. From our customer experience, 3M brand Mounting Strips and Liquid Nails are also very effective. You can find them at your local supermarket or Bunnings store.
• Anodised aluminium stand-off pins are available for a more permanent application.
How do I clean my signs?
Acrylic is fragile and should be handled with care. For cleaning, opt for a damp microfiber cloth; avoid using cleaning products as they might cause damage. Please be mindful that we are unable to replace items that may have fallen and broken.
Production time
Non-customised products ship in 2 business days. Customised products take longer, check website banner for current production time.

• Standard shipping: $12 Australia wide ( 3-5 business days)
• Express shipping: $25 Australia wide ( 1-3 business days)
What is Double Layers and Single Layer/Cut Out?
• Single Layer or Cut Out: Single layer of acrylic cut out of your design.
• Double Layers: 2 acrylic layers stuck together, first layer is a cut out of your design, second layer is a colour backing plate.
• Triple Layers, this means 3 layers of acrylics are top of each other, giving contrast and make the sign more spectacular!
What materials are the signs made out of?
Our signs are made using premium grade cast acrylic. Acrylic is a type of plastic that resists UV rays, fading and is weatherproof. It is also highly recyclable. Acrylic can be chipped, melted and extruded into new products.
Some signs are made using metal like aluminum.
