Shipping Costs

Dispatch Times

JKD Studio will begin production and will ship all orders within 1-2 business days. NOTE: Custom orders may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with your tracking details once the order has been shipped.

If you require digital proof of your custom order, this may result in a slower dispatch time.

Delivery Times

We ship using Standard Australia Post with tracking, this will usually take 2 - 8 business days for it to reach you.

Express Shipping may take 1 - 3 business days.

Return Policy

You can ask for a return within 14 days of getting your item. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging, just like you received it. Please email us at info@jkdstudio.com.au before you send anything back. If we approve your return, we’ll tell you how and where to ship your item. You have to pay for the shipping cost if you change your mind about your purchase. We won’t accept any items that are sent back without contacting us first. We do not accept returns for customised products, such as house signs, because they are made according to your specific needs and we can’t sell them again. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will try to help you.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Custom orders and personalised items are made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold. As a result, we are unable to accept returns for these items if you change your mind. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Refunds

As soon as we get and check your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. You will get your money back through the same way you paid, if we approve the refund.
